I agree. I'm actually shocked Jon wasn't playing more acoustic guitar on the new(er) tracks from Have a Nice day. I half expected him to play it during the title track, Story of my life, Last Cigarette..

AWESOME! Thanks so much for the link. He really didn't look at the words that much. Considering the number of songs in their catelog and this wasn't a staple on the set list I don't think having the lyrics up there is that big of a deal. Even in the lower key I think the song sounded good.

I think those of us there at the show are much more forgiving that it wasn't perfect than those not at the show and only have the clip to go by.

never heard last cigarette live he should have played it with his tak

also SOML is more of an upbeat song so i didnt expect him to have a guitar then

at least hes got a new gibson GT to show off with

it looks well when the singers guitars look better than the lead guitarists lol

As for Jon looking at the lyrics try going to see Ozzy osbourne. I have seen him many times over the past ten years and he uses a telepromter. This is a good performance. I am is one of my favorite songs off of Hand. Too bad I missed Night 3.

I was going to say, at least Jon doesn't use a teleprompter like Axl and even Rod Stewart.

Yes, that is from Maggie May, my favorite Rod Stewart song and my very first 45 single. God, I feel old now, lol!
