Wow that really sucks for everyone who has tickets and will now lose them!!!
I would be so pissed off at ticketmaster if they did that to me.

They are right this time, since they said the pre-sale was for dutch customers.

Thing is, I went through the Heineken website and there was nothing to say it was a Presale, and all I had to do was enter my CC details...in this instance, Heineken opened the portal and the tickets were confirmed. Given that it apeared to be that the VENUE was selling the tickets today I bought them presuming they'd gone early with them, nothing to do with the Bill pre-sale. It was like buying from the venues box office, infact I wasn't even aware ticketmaster had anything ot do with it until my second confirmtion e-mail.

You'll get a refund, the order will be cancelled, the Heineken site wasn't allowed to do anything with the pre-sale. The Pre-sale was bill customers only.

Mwuahhahaha thanks to someone else I've got my ticket. So again, I rule and the backstagers suck. Mwuhahahaha.

Edit: Except for Thierry and Alja ofcourse. They're cool and don't suck at all. Maybe Alja's sucks Thierry though. I don't know.
