would this be so hard, keeping their frame work (which sucks) a show can be that much better if you switch a few songs here and there! ive seen then 27times since 2000 and while ive never been bored at the show, i have left after it was over feeling riped off!

To top it off, I read some threads like these to see all the crybabies complain and get a good laugh. Oh, and Seb, I don't need to prove you wrong. There's no need for me to engage you in yet another flamebait war, since I've already done that several times. I only read the sets to see what rarities they are throwing in. I'm going to a show this tour, and know I'll have the time of my life, no matter what they play from their catalog. Heck, if they were playing the songs you want them to (Dry County, Hey God, etc) you'd be complaining they weren't playing the songs they presently play consistantly. It's hardwired into that personality of yours to never be happy or satisfied. I have no intention of denying you that dissatisfaction.

This board is the same as it's always been - there are other sites to get setlists from if the commentary is offensive. Personally, I tend not to go to sites that piss me off. Life's too short.

No you haven't. Also, if it ends up in a flamebait war, it's because most people that actually end up in one, are the ones telling others how wrong they are, and that they should enjoy everything, and shouldn't complain, and shouldn't do this, and shouldn't do that.

Which makes you one of those fans the band loves the most. One of those fans that is satisfied with whatever crap setlist they play. One of those people that don't want to have it all, but accept anything that has Bon Jovi on it. And exactly because of you being incapable of seeing what is so wrong with this band lately, is why the band is making such crap albums. Because of the folks that eat it all. There's no objectivity in your opinion anymore, it's accepting it all because it's Bon Jovi. And as soon as many people feel differently, they are wrong, because it's Bon Jovi.

You think you've got me all figured out, think you know what I would say and all that, yet one single review of a show proves that you are so wrong. Even after all my posts you (appearantly) read for comic value, you still haven't got a clue. If we're talking about being pathetic, you're the one who fills in that description, not me.

I've said it before, and I'll say it again. The very fact that I, and many other people, still visit shows after all our complaining, and you wouldn't go if you would complain so much, says more about how big of a fan we are, than how big of a fan you are.

You obviously don't read much on here. Otherwise, you'd know, I defend the band at just about every turn. However, I've also been a fan for 20+ years, been to over 50 of their shows, and quite frankly, am sick and tired of reading the type of bullshit like I posted on this thread. The way I see it, anyone who thinks that these setlists should be "accepted" by the true fans, must be young or brand new to the band. How the hell you can see a set like the past couple, know what they've done in the past, and not bitch about it is very odd to me.

Honestly, if the band just shut the hell up and went and performed these lazy ass shows, I wouldn't say a word. But instead, they lie to the fans and tell them to expect surprises, then go out and perform 2 identical looking boring setlists that involve no imagination or creativity at all. That, to me, is bullshit and deserves to be bitched about.

In short, setlists without BOBITA will be bitched accordingly.

Probably a dozen times over the past year or so we've argued. Short term memory problems? That makes sense, considering the setlists played right now that are deemed "crap" would have been praised and worshipped compared to what was played on the HAND tour. And I'm talking about the main U.S. tour, but you don't remember that, do you?

Crap is a subjective opinion. I think the sets are very good, actually, considering what they could be playing. Sure, I'd love to see more old stuff, but I'm satisfied with what they do now. Lots of 80s and new stuff, and more 90s stuff than usual. Heck, I love that fact that they are consistantly playing KTF, and more often than not playing TD, ITA, BOB, Radio, and many more. And get off your soap box, it's embarrassing.

What review? Do you think I care about what a review says, and what someone else thinks? I make up my own mind. And you are a complete hypocrite, thinking you have me all figured out. I never said I had you figured out, but I've read enough of your posts the last 3 years to know that your completely pathetic and thrive on negativity. The backstage bashing article you wrote comes to mind. Anyone who would spend so much time on something that ridiculous obviously needs some mental help.
