I need Help badly!!!!

I am a regular on this site and I recently changed my XS info so I could get tickets to Giants (it's even on my B-day--Aug. 8th)

If anyone has a password that they can't use please help out a hardcore fan.

You guys rock and I would be forever greatful if someone could come through for me this time.
