I was there yesterday and all though the setlist wasn't great, because they should've played more new songs, I had a great time. They played a great version of Saturday Night and they extended Who Says a bit.. Who Says will be the 3rd single I'm afraid. I bought the cd and it says: with have a nice day, welcome to wherever you are, who says you can't go home!

Hmm.. I watched the concert at a big screen in a restaurant and I thought Jonīs voice sounded rather good. Am I that mistaken...? I only heard from Itīs my life and on, though.
And yeah, itīs a shame they only played three new ones! This was a concert to promote the new album wasnīt it...? But no, same old setlist.
I only heard one new song, Who says you canīt go home, and that one sounded very good. Truly a live-song.

It's all greek to me....

Little disapointed. From my part of the venue i only heared Jon. I saw Richie opening his mounth but i heared nothing :S
Jon was singing ok i guess. No big mistakes (that i could hear).
But the setlist... 3 new songs..for an audience of big Bon Jovi fans. I really hoped they would play some rare stuff.
How long was the show? 1:15? After Bad Medicine i was actualy looking forward for Shout :P
Worst BJ concert i've been to so far...

<edit> wel after seeying the webcast, i did actualy hear richie sing

if you couldn't hear richie maybe there was some problem with the sound? i couldn't hear jon but i could hear richie perfectly.
sometimes i couldn't hear jon at all, some other times i could just hear a weak voice trying to keep up with the rest of the band or it was like he was trying to yell or something but with no luck. no power at all. it was really weird.

There where pretty big problems with Richie's guitars, Lumpy kept checking them. It was a mess sometimes in the mix, Richie made a couple of big mistakes. It was a great show, but it could have been a bit better if they didn't end with bad medicine, it really gave me a bad feeling at the end of this one off show.

I downloaded the show today and think it's not too bad. The audience wasnt as bad as mentioned during the webcast too. The mics just dont bring over the sound of the audience.
Some things I noticed:

1. Last man standing: This song is usually written in Em, the way Jon could sing it on the TLFR DVD too. BUT WHY did the play it in C#m yesterday, 3 notes deeper as usual!!??? This just sounds damn boring!! Even Tico could have sung it yesterday. There's no need for that Jon!

2. Prayer: Oh my god, there was no way Jon could sing the lower parts of the chorus after the solo! Weak and frustrating...

3. Have a nice day: Suddenly Jon had a stronger voice. Best performance of that song for me so far. Why not such engagement and power in all songs Jon?

4. Radio: It did and will always suck with singing 1 octave deeper as usual! Why not playing in D or C instead of E, so Jon's voice would be a big higher? I mean, when they play Living in sin, they dont play in E and Jon sings 1 octave deeper. No, the play it in C, and that sounds ok

5. Who says...: Should be next single, works great live as its a fun song like saturday night. Jon seemed to have fun singing it too...

6. Raise: Still great rocker, hopefully a part of the next tour.

7. Bad medicine/sleep dead: Remove it from the setlist! I'm fed up with those, and I think many are...

It's interesting to hear people saying they could hear Richie but not Jon on the webcast because in the venue it was all Jon. Richie wasn't audible at all. Gotta say though, I didn't notice a problem with LMS, I thought it along with FAITH and HAND were the highlights of the night. It might have been sung lower but it was incredible, especially Richie on guitar and the high parts at the end were cool.
