there is only one word for ticketmaster i aint gonna say it but it begins with C

i rang them this morning this guy said hed call me back waited three hours rang them again and the guy told me they have been sent and ill get them tomorrow. 10 mins later the other guy rang me back and said i have to pick them up at the stadium on sunday and the box office wont open till the gates do what a pile of wank. they didnt call me or email me nothing not a word only cause i rang them did i get any answers. and even then they told me 2 different things within ten minutes. crock of shit pile of wank load of crap how is it possible to not send a ticket when they were ordered 9 ****ing months ago?
