My friend received a letter from TM saying that the original seats she had been allocated were no longer available due to a "production change". She eventually managed to get to speak to someone about it and was told that when the production team reviewed the seating plan, they realised that people had been allocated seats that could have a restricted view and had asked for them to be reallocated which I think looks pretty bad on them as all that should have been checked out before the tickets went on sale in the first place. Unfortunately for her, she had to cancel her tickets because she had originally bought 4 seats together, but was reallocated 2 seats at one end of the stand and 2 seats at the opposite which did not suit as she was taking children with her and obviously didnt want them sitting by themselves. Think a right balls up has been made of this - especially as when she originally ordered her tickets she chose the "best seats available" option and was later told that she would have been struggling to see from them.
