Definitely Spain, Portugal or Italy. The San Siro in Milan would be my choice. The passion of the fans genuinely surprised the band in Udine last tour. It was sold out - be it a smaller venue. But The San Siro will be rammed this time. There could be knocking on 70,000 there. Italy is in Jon's blood, this could be a European homecoming.
