With all due respect (and I mean that), why even bother asking? Hell, I'm no saint myself, but we all know damn well who starts the majority of "slinging" and other problems on this board. If the powers that be are going to continue to let it happen, the question should be "Can't you all just let yourself be subjected to attacks and insults without responding?"

Whoa. Guess you like to complain, huh?

This tour will be my first Bon Jovi concert. I've watched easily hundreds if not thousands of videos of them over the past few years (I'm a kid and have only discovered their music in the last 7 years or so.) I think they are absolutely amazing musicians no matter what song they are performing. Yes, some songs are better than others. I don't know of any human being who doesn't have some songs they like more than others. Personally, I couldn't care less what order the songs are in or what ones they want to play. Every performance is a little different. I love seeing them perform any songs, including covers and jams. Granted, I haven't seen them live dozens of times like some of you have, but I've certainly watched enough full concerts to be pretty even with you. The set list really doesn't make a difference to me. THey're my favorite band. If I want to see them, I'm going to go see them regardless of what they play. However, I do enjoy when they throw in some songs that they don't normally play here and there. It does help keep it interesting. But they are playing several NEW songs at each concert. At the Mohegan Sun concert, they played "Wild Is The Wind," which I rarely see them perform live. At - I believe it was the Grammy Artists concert in LA last December - they played "Captain Crash". During a couple of Circle tour shows, they played 'Blood Money."

I'm sure they have their own reasons for playing certain songs all the time - the most popular, the ones they like best, the newest ones, etc. I'd go to a Bon Jovi concert where they played the same song over and over for 3 hours LONG before I'd go to a concert of many of the current pop artists.

Some people are just never happy.

You should change the "I believe it was the Grammy Artist concert in LA last December" for "every ****ing gig".

I personally wouldn't blow this setlist thing out of proportion.

The setlists of the last 2 shows IMO were already slightly better than the ones we had during Phil X's first stint in 2011. And much better if you compare it to Phil's first few shows in 2011. I still expect a couple of additions here and there, especially ones that Phil already played the first time, for example, Dry County.

Now for the sets that Richie was still in, I don't think they were that bad at all. Yes, the first few were dreadful, but then they picked it off. When Jon warmed his voice to an extend, he started doing 5 ballads every show (Bed Of Roses, I'll Be There, Always, Memory and Amen), which is very good IMO. When we were fortunate to watch the full Cleveland webcast, I really enjoyed the set. Even spots that looked weird on paper, I felt flowed nicely while watching the show. Those were some pretty good American sets, way stronger than most US sets from Bounce, HAND and LH tours, at least in my book.

I'd love for Jon to bring back some WAN songs, and/or premier some other ones. No matter how good or bad some people think they are, I'd still feel more entertained to hear them then Captain Crash, Sleep or stuff from Lost Highway or The Circle

I only feel sorry a bit for Canadian fans. Their sets in 2010-11 were much better, but now they had shows either at the very start of the tour (before Jon even did Always), or the leg without Richie.

And obviously, once they return to Europe, Richie will be back, and sets will improve. They always have, and the amplitude (US vs. Europe sets) has become greater with every tour recently. If Jon finally gets his voice in proper shape (which he hasn't so far in 2013, only showed glimpses of it), I see no reasons to worry about.

Of course I`d go.

Iīm a BJ fan, so I like BJ songs on set list.

You can enjoy seeing the band of your life or you can bitch all the time couse they are not like in 1995 anymore or because they donīt play gems every night.

I choose the first option.

Sorry, but if you start calling someone names, it will be edited.

So, name calling, not allowed. Insulting someone, no problem.

Gotcha!

Well of the 3 shows I'm seeing I can honestly say I've hardly thought about them. Actually more looking forward to the trips away with friends. Depending on these gigs, I think it's likely that this will be my last year of doing Multi shows, I'll just do London. Only doing Manchester this year as I got a cheap ticket and I don't have to pay for hotels.

It's not just the setlists for me, the whole show is really predictable. (Even casual fans I know im don't go anymore as they're bored of them live). I think the whole band need a break, I'd love to see Jon come back with a solo arena tour, just something different really.

I'm not saying I agree with the way Seb went about it, because I don't, but you made the exact same rant about the setlists in three separate threads in the span of a few minutes.
