Default Interesting New Tour News!

Just thought I would mention this - got an email from getlive.co.uk today confirming membership of their email list which has got me lots of priority tickets this year. They were confirming and updating details etc.

In the email it listed all the bands that I had access to priority tickets before they went on sale in the last year and it said that in the coming months there would be priority access to tours by :

U2
Maz Manson

and

BON JOVI

They were the only three bands listed - so perhaps something is in the offing? I know U2 are finalising the 'Atomb Bomb' tour and that Maz has a greatest hits to promote so perhaps BJ are going to tour on the back of the boxset?

Just thought I would pass it along

PS Getlive.co.uk is the ticket selling arm in the UK of Clear Channel - the worlds biggest concert promoters

Well if they do tour it will be late 2005/early 2006 with the new album, which will be out in the first half of 2005 hopefully.

I don't think you should believe any source for information like this except the official website though.

I know nothing is definate until it's confirmed officially, but Jon has said the new album should be out in March 2005 so I am pretty convinced there will be a tour next year.

I hope they do tour again next year. That'd be so cool.
And I've said this once, and I'll say it again: I WANT A GIG IN ABERDEEN, OR AT LEAST MURRAYFIELD!!!
That you for listening.

Murrayfield would be awesome - not size-wise but for convenience (for me at least!) you can't beat it - you can practically see it from my flat window!!

And you told Thierry you knew for 99% sure that Bon Jovi wouldn't be touring in 2005. I guess this was the same source as the one who was about to provide you the entire European leg from the Bounce tour in soundboard quality ?

Salaam Aleikum,
Sebastiaan

Yeah, it'd be easier for me to get there than to Glasgow, that's for sure. And I would love a Pittodrie gig. Again for convenience
