Ah I know how that feels. Only a small part of my job is covered by someone else. I can take time off but its a pain cos I have double the work when I go back. Like today, I am off work. But I have all the weekend (people actually work on Saturdays!!
), today and anything that comes in overnight to deal with tomorrow.
