It wouldn't make any sense for them to announce dates until they know what the deal is with Richie. The dates the OP mentioned are probably planned for October, so don't expect an announcement 5 months beforehand. If the month was August or later then you could complain, but this is nothing different. Wasn't the Omaha show announced around a month before the show?

The State College, PA show that was in February was only announced a month in advance.

They just announced a date in July for Indianapolis 2 months prior to the show date. Then they turn around and cancel it with in 2 weeks or less of announcing the event. Just days before they were to go on sale to the general public. This show when announced the press release stated that Richie wasn't expected to be there.
