Yeah, and another thing...I asked my friend to come over and help me clean out the garage, he said he was busy so I want everybody to go rob his house, his address is 123 Main St.

Australia began as a penal colony right? Who would have thought criminality and sheer stupidity were dominant traits ?

If australian fans want a concert, there are at least a couple of options, but whining probably won't work.

Because if they care so much about Australia now, they'll REALLY care when people stop buying the material? You guys are NOT, I repeat, NOT the only country they are skipping over.

You guys did your best, at least be proud of that. You guys are just sore losers. Pat yourself on the back, you did a good job, don't try and sabotoge the band because it didn't go your way. Are you 8?

Travelling to Europe/Japan from Australia is very expensive so I understand that you feel really bad about them not comming to Australia eventhough it's a LARGE country.

I think Bon Jovi doesn't want the jetleg by travelling to another cotinent for just 1 or 2 shows (Melbourne, Sydney and maybe Canberra). The same with South America... (?). And there\'s money concerned as well..
However, they did do promotional gigs in Rio, Melbourne and Sydney in 2002.

Please don't put us all in the same boat. I would never boycott Bon Jovi albums etc. because of something like this. I'd only ever do that if the music became so bad that it simply wasn't worth getting anymore, but I think it is a way off that still.

It is the interview 'slips' that get to people more than anything. As has been said by others too, a simple 'we won't be touring Australia this year' would allow people to express disappointment for maybe a week, but you woudn't be hearing people complaining about it 4 months into the tour, as is happening now.

Nice retort. Your level of wit is astounding It is roughly on par with your idea of boycotting the band because you want them to play there, that will really grab their attention, I can just imagine it...

Jon: Hey guys, people in Australia stopped buying our albums, we'll have to go tour there to make them like us again

Richie: You're right, we're so bad to our fans, only releasing things every year or so and playing hundreds of concerts, we must do more.

etc

The band owes you nothing for you buying their albums. You pay your money for a product, it doesn't allow you to moan because they aren't going to play live near you. They can't be expected to play everywhere.
