5 new songs, not bad - good amount (although I wonder where is Undivided). The horrible things that are Sleep When I'm Dead/Bad Medicine/Shout triple hit combo seem to remain, oblivious to many long-time fans' dismay. Good to see Crush is represented by more than just IML but really I Got The Girl isn't close to being one of the better tracks in that album. And what's up with having those songs in the second encore? That was done during OWN tour and it wasn't their best 2nd encore! At least there's no Jon/Richie solo stuff and Prayer is wonderfully separated from Bad Name.

I think that's pretty disappointing to be honest. There's no real major change from the OWN or Crush tour except the obvious addition of the new material. New tracks aside - they haven't added anything new which strikes me as lazy. Maybe things will change but I doubt it. I wanted songs like These Days, Dry County and Something To Believe In to be regulars this time. I don't know who they are trying to appeal to - the older fans will be desperate for change, and even the newer fans won over by crush will have heard all these once or twice. Disappointing.

And I didn't even mention how annoying it is that Shout STILL remains STILL after Bad Medicine which is STILL after Sleep When I'm Dead. And they continue to finish of the concerts with Twist and Shout???????

And Richie sang the complete I'll be there for you. OMG !!! Jonny, please don't change this part of the setlist for Germany. Richie singing a song during a BJ-concert would be a dream come true )).

Don't worry, I get the impression that they never give it 100% in Japan anyway. I think they just treat those gigs as a warm up.

krb102 is right. They've said once that they usually try some things out and stuff at the beginning of a tour.

Here is a photo of the stage:
