They started the European leg of the Bounce tour in Spain as an afterthought. We didn't even get the proper stages and all that. It was clear from the outset they were using those concerts as a warm up for the rest of the European shows. Did I care and thought they were racists? Ha! Never for a second, I felt more than honoured to see Bon Jovi live in my hometown.

"According to today's Daily Yomiuri, Bon Jovi will be in Japan for a Dome Tour in January or February next year. They will play the five domes: Sapporo, Tokyo, Nagoya, Osaka and Fukuoka."

When does the cd come out? March?

Their touring before the cd comes out weird

krb101 why don't you just see it this way:

In the beginning of a tour they are really in the mood to tour and aren't tired and bored of playing Bad medicine for the 1000th time. So you get the freshest and most motivated band on stage.

You should know very well that BJ are more than gratefull to the Japanese people and that they love coming there. The Japanese were the first ones who really supported them and Jon says all the time how much he loves the Japanese. That's no real sign for racism, isn't it.

It would mean to let something kind over his lips! Never!

Actually, he once had a website devoted to BJ back in the day, which was a positive site about the band. Rather strange, I know.

True, but if you count the several warm up shows that were played in New Jersey, Springsteen and the E-Street band started the Rising Tour before the album came out.

think it's more exciting when the tour starts before the record is released- they're gonna play a whole bunch of songs you never heard it was similar in 95 when they played hey god, these days and this ain't a love song before these days was released - i'd love it

I can understand krb's statement. Concerts in the beginning of a tour are different as concerts at the end of a tour. And it is great to see them both in the beginning as at the end. So let's say: last year Japan was the starter, next year, they'll finish in Japan. Would be great for the people over there I think...
