Karma from what? maybe what you think is bad, the higher powers don't. Which I know, makes no sense!! but who are we to say Karma. The man does a lot of good as well, lets not forget.

Oh I believe in karma too Alana but I also believe in not judging anyone until I've walked a day in their shoes. Jon's easy to judge as he's in the public eye but he's a big boy so I'm by no means defending him. The karma thing just struck me as a "ouch" kind of thing no biggie.

Would anyone use the word if he died? I doubt it. The word should've never come up in this thread. Just My Opinion.

If anyone is unhappy about prices, don't buy the tickets

Exactly. And if karma was going to supposedly get him for implying Americans don't know the verses, it would have done so 15 years ago when he first said it. Calling this karma is just asinine. He's done more good for the world than any of us will ever have the opportunity or power or influence to do.

But for the original point of the thread, if he is on crutches I feel bad for him. Crutches are a total bitch.

Well..hopefully he will be okay. His dancing shoes would be lost without him. LOL!

God Bless him.

Schadenfreude - Pleasure derived from the misfortunes of others.

Sums up a few on here.

Best post you have written so far.

Also, how can it be Karma for Jon when it would have affected thousands of audience members, if he had cancelled the show? and upcoming shows? Credit goes, where credit is due. The man continued on with the show, without missing a beat. Continued the song and didn't even stop.

You people are cowards because you wouldn't be calling other members of this board out over suggesting something as simple as karma for ripping people off.

You guys are over-reacting like a few upset Americans over a comment about setlists. It's not like we all haven't heard the phrase karma before. Plus, I don't decide karma.

I hope Jon is okay but he's Jon so he'll take a few Vicodins or a cortisone and suck it up.

This place is absolutely embarrassing at times.

On the story - hope his injury heals nicely.
