You are invited to join a NEW Bon Jovi email list dedicated to celebrating the music of Bon Jovi. This is a list for the Bon Jovi Tribute band B/\D MEDICINE and can be used to:

All entries MUST be received by 9 AM on Wednesday, September 4. The winner will be drawn at random at contest closing time. You MUST be available between 11 AM and 8 PM on Thursday to enter this contest, and you MUST APPEAR to be between the ages of 18 and 35. You will be contacted by phone on Wednesday if you are selected. Please do not enter this contest unless you are able to attend.
