Gee, while not as bad as other recent performances, why the hell does he shorten the "Wanted" and delay the "live" part of "alive" ??? Sounds odd at least...

The tone of Jon's voice is super weird and extremely nasal, but as far as hitting notes goes, this isn't bad actually.

It's the same it's been for a decade now, this just has a good sound quality as opposed to the YouTube clips and live performances.

I watched it and I thought the same. He seemed to be doing more of a TLFR meets original rendition, lol!!

It's Howard Stern's birthday bash....(maybe no sound check...different sound guys...different this n that....a few adult beverages mixed in...no proper warm up...a lets go have fun attitude....). And he's 50ish...he's never gonna sound like he did 15-20 years ago.
