As long as people are paying good money to see Jon, there should be no excuses. I don't care if he's older, this, and that. When I listened to I Fought The Law, I almost puked. No emotion, he's looking down and reading the lyrics while he's singing, then forgets when he should sing his verse, and finally his voice doesn't even sound like him. I don't get why on some songs he sounds decent and others he sounds weird.

BTY, when I talk about "passion", I'm talking about his vocal delivery and emotion. Not his overall passion as a performer. That's miles ahead of us and we need to take one step at a time here.

People really need to understand what they are paying for when they go to these JBJ KOS shows. It's basically Jon doing Karaoke backed by a bunch of amateur musicians (aka a glorified cover band). Phil X was there and he still did Prayer acoustic.

This is just way too easy, but here we go: You would know.

As Nicky Wire of the Manics St Preachers said of solo stuff - he learnt two things - they dont sell and no one cares about them.
Which is nonsense as has been perfectly illustrated by many, many other artists.

Either you are missing two or I am missing one by Jon (Jon: BOG, DA, Richie: SITT, US, AOTL) (sorry, couldn't resist)

The Power Station Years could be considered one.... or all the Sex Sells tracks collected from various outlets, mainly The Box.

Regardless, I think all the official solo albums are all pretty good to great. They basically rank in order for me by release date.

Thanks, almost forgot about the Power Station Years, because I don't like much pre SWW
