Well seems it's the Kings of Suburbia with Phil X...Lorenza just posted a pic of her and him and said "on our way to Mexico".

Wow... when Phil first filled in for Richie in 2011, I assume he's just a typical metal head, who is too cool to like Bon Jovi and was only doing it for a big paycheck. While this still can be true, I am amazed that he seems to becoming a part of a 'family' now.

In some ways it kinda worked out with Richie leaving this past tour. Now Jon could do proper live solo shows with some banging support. I think it's great that Jon now has two decent live bands. I'm really curious to see this set-list.

In no way could I think the addition of Phil X's to Jon's side band make Richie taking off a bright side.

That's not the parallel I was going for.

With the hopes of Jon and Richie working it out for future tours and albums and the anticipation of Jon doing more solo shows in the future, it's nice to know that Jon now has a decent guitarist who can bring justice to band songs.

Losing Richie for a half of tour and gaining Phil for 15 years to help with Jon solo shows isn't a bad trade off.
