Was this question asked about this tour or just in general? I am wondering if this means that they are coming back, if they actually do go to Eastern Europe.

MSG , better sound and better setlists since it would be multiple nights.

The question was about this tour. It really sounded like Jon was presenting those 3 venues as options and wanted input. Backstage has a poll going as well as a few threads, so he'll get input! We'll see in time what, if anything, comes of it.

Hey Kev... why not make it a regular poll so people can vote?

I'd pick MSG for multiple nights. In addition to the better setlist aspect of multiple nights, bad weather can ruin outdoor shows.

ANY of them.
Frankly, they all have advantages. Giants Stadium is always awesome for shows, but can get ruined by weather. The Garden has great acoustics, BUT I'm an outdoor shows fan in the summer. Central Park could be once in a lifetime, but again weather.
In general though, I don't care: Already seeing Joel and Springsteen in July, and I want Jovi as the trifecta!!=D

Guys,

Weve SEEN them everywhere else...

CENTRAL PARK would put the band in the pantheon of major major acts that have done that we all consider them to be peers with...

multiple nights at MSG prob doesnt afford as many tix as central park anyway...

lets do something DIFFERENT for a change

maybe THAT may inspire some real set list innovation...

TEN NIGHTS AT NEWARK DIDNT

cmon - we clamour for the band to shake things up and then we want the same old venue....lets play ball

The all request hour, the girl in the front row has just asked for Blood on Blood, ok, Merry Christmas young lady!" Amazing <3

Thank you - me too. FAR better sound - multiple shows - and air conditioning in July LOL. Not to mention public transportation and ease of access rather than a parking nightmare.

As I said in the other thread - I've been to big shows in Central Park (Paul Simon etc) and the logistics are a nightmare and New York Cops are another nightmare. And the sound absolutley SUCKS. I know I won't convince anyone by typing this but you should know what you are getting yourself in for.

I vote for Giants Stadium. It's the easiest for me to get to. Cheap accomidations down the street. 60,000 people is always more fun than 20,000.

Central Park would be cool, but unless you know NY (which I really don't), logistics could be a nightmare. Plus, you could end up with really awful seats.
