Well up until I read your post I thought it was! I at least have a romantic song that means something to the both of us picked out for the actual proposal. It's not like I will do it during you give love a bad name or bad medicine... Montreal is probably one of the most romantic cities in Canada due to the French so that adds something to it I think.....

Oli - true story.

It was the very last night of the 2003 Springsteen tour at Giants Stadium (this was a 10 night stand at Giants) and the last song that was played was Jersey Girl.

And even that was only played after a delay and lots of people had left the stadium.

The couple at the end of our row had been all over each other all night - we wanted to tell them to get a room

He proposed to her during Jersey Girl and our entire section cheered and sang along so loud that you can hear us on the bootlegs.

It was kind of a nice way to end a 10 night stand of shows

Pfft don't listen to me. It's your girl that's got to think it's romantic, not me

That does sound nice, I confess.

"WILL YOU MARRY ME?!"
"WHAAAAAAAAT?!"
"WILL YOU MARRY ME?!"
"YOU WHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAT?!"

Rather annoying I imagine. Plus, how would you get down on one knee without being trodden on or accidently putting your knee in some spat-out bubblegum?
This was quite funny! Well, we have aisle seats so that takes care of the knee thing. As for the loudness well it would be during a ballad one way or the other so i'm hoping for the crowd to be a little less noisy. At the end of the GNR show we recently attended, she said well looks like I'm not getting married yet... so she was kind of expecting something like that. It was either at the bon jovi show or at the hotel afterwards with roses in the bedroom(which will be there regardless) but I think at the show is more special.

No, I'm pretty safe with that. Even if she did manage to find this site, Jon if you read this hopefully doesn't give it away.

I'm getting scared though with the predictable setlist, there aren't any good songs before the ballads to propose to other than born to be my baby and superman tonight. BTBMB isn't a ballad, and what if they do perform IBTFY and i already proposed during superman? What if they don't do IBTFY? That leaves loves the only rule? Up until last night If they did Hallelujah I thought they would do BOR next, but they actually switched it up. I'll figure something out, as it's a couple of weeks away.
