Treat Her Right, I believe. It's a shockingly bad solo. At least his shit solos in In These Arms and Have A Nice Day had some sort of structure to them.

To his credit, he can play a mean Gimme Shelter.

I was searching some youtube vids of him in the solo shows he's done and the man really can play! He's a much better vocalist than guitarist but the old school rlling stones, bruce and southside stuff he plays really good, a bit repetitive but good.

I've been watching Bobby for years in person locally and I always defend him as a guitarist. His style is much more old fashioned rock and roll and he is simply lost in the Bon Jovi band. He will lose in any comparison with Richie. That shouldn't take away from his obvious talent as a vocalist and a guitarist. Jon has called him a human jukebox because he knows so much of the historical rock and roll repertoire.

Threat Her Right. First song on the HaND tour in which Jon let him "shine". Before murdering solos for HaND and ITA.

His HAND solo was not too bad and ITA is acceptable although no where nearly as good as Richie, however the treat her right solo is not the sound of music but rather a sound of total chaos.

Acceptable? Are you kidding? He is just holding one note and praying that Jon will start singing again soon...

I agree that his HaND solo was the closest thing to call a solo. But still.

I respect him for his work on DA tour. I accept that he is a great guitarist while playing with SSJ but he totally sucks in Bon Jovi.

agree, ITA solo is pretty shitty but it's not where as bad as treat her right. At least the ITA solo is in the proper key no matter how boring it may be.

Yes, yes, you are very right about that

First, I have to admit that I sure loved the dramatic opening with Lay Your Hands On Me on the NJ tour, with all the bombs and smoke and everything, Jon grabbing the microphone stand and running all over the stage during the verses...

Still, my dearest Bon Jovi concert memory ever is from the KTF tour 1993. I was standing on the 1st row, on Richieīs side, waiting fo the show to begin. The opening riff to I Believe was played and suddenly there was Jon running from behind the stage with his guitar (Les Paul if I remember). During that opening song, the amount of energy and sheer joy of performing I witnessed is something I will never forget. It was the ultimate Bon Jovi experience for me. On your face, raw and seemingly uncontrollable. It will never get better than that, not by anybody.

The guitar Jon was playing on the song certainly didnīt reduce the energy and brilliance of that performance!
