(cue me on the big screen) JBJ: "How good have you been? Oh My God!" (laughs, more teasing) JBJ: "You want it huh, you want it huh? Blood on Blood just for you, the good girl in the front row? The all request hour, the girl in the front row has just asked for Blood on Blood, ok, Merry Christmas young lady!" Amazing <3

I can attest to the fact that a Jersey accent is hard to lose (probably any accent is hard to lose). I lived in Calif for years and I can sound completely accentless at my job or socially if I have to. But give me a few drinks or get me really mad or even really tired and fuggedaboutit
 The Jersey accent comes right back. Also, if I'm comfortable with the people that I'm with I speak normally - which sounds like Jersey.Kathleen

I've never noticed it.
I'm from italy and I don't have much opportunities to hear American people talking....I can find some differences between east cost and west cost's accent,but i don't know anything about the southern or the northen one...  Once at high school i was reading some Shakespeare's poem and my teacher told me:"Shakespeare is dying once again hearing you reading with such an American accent!!!"I've learnt my english from Bj and so I think that i talk like Jon does....that's pretty cool for me!!!
