Edit: I just listened to that version of These Days from 2003. That was horrible! So glad Jon's voice is in much better shape this tour!

I know this is going waayy back, but if you think those were bad.... This was my first BJ concert. Listen to the chorus, it sounds strangely familiar!!!
Poor Jon, his voice was crap! Too much partying in Vancouver in those days

Haha that is so funny, I was thinking the same thing. I only saw them once on that tour, I hope he didn't do it for long!!

I love that part of the song. Theres a lot of songs he goes off into things like that. Silent Night comes to mind.. with the remember I love YOU part.. I always love those bits myself.

and to the question no he isn't getting technical help. I think he has just regained his confidence and learnt how to sing the songs again.

Shit that 2003 These Days was painful.
Makes this tour's improvement all the more impressive though I guess.

I remember the Toronto encore, the list of 4 songs were Blaze, Crash, Bad Medicine and These Days... they managed to play all except These Days and i bet thats the one that won the online poll, and they did not show which one won.
