unfortunately not sure ...as the fc is announcing a trip (like for vegas) maybe there won't be any fc tickets to be able to purchase just the package called "fan club trip" as of now we don't know yet .... but you can join the fc instantly now with the online system (you don't need your laminate to buy ticketsI would thunk you would just need your membership number)

Erm. No. Absolutely not. This makes no sense whatsoever.

Sure, it may be annoying for you, but there will never be a case where Bon Jovi will have trouble selling out a 24,000 seat arena in London, perhaps until Metallica, Guns n Roses, the Chili Peppers, Robbie Williams, Iron Maiden, Bruce Springsteen and the Police all announce stadium shows on the same day.

Even then, Bon Jovi would sell out 24,000 tickets.

You are essentially arguing in favour of your own greed and nothing else. By putting the two shows on the same day, the promoters increase the number of people who get to enjoy rock music - a good thing.

If they were on different days, the total number of fans enjoying the shows would decrease, with people who had already enjoyed Aerosmith snapping up Jovi tickets from the hands of those who had enjoyed no summer rock whatsoever - a less good thing.

And besides which, hopefully the slight decrease in demand will mean it's easier for me to get tickets

I have a ticket for Aerosmith on that day but for me it won't be even a close call on who I want to see!!! I get to see Aerosmith on this tour anyway, so I'm not even a little bit sad about this.

I can't wait for this, it's the first time ever I can see Bon Jovi in my home town - will be so good!!!

I'm slightly worried that the O2 arena isn't meant to be finished until July.... I don't want yet another trip to MK/any other random place in case the arena doesn't finish on time.

Brixton Academy, anyone?
