Being Fan Club and Will Call collect it's not like I can even sell mine.

Hardly safe to say to someone random "meet me in the car park at 4pm on the day of the concert with $450-500 and I'll get you your ticket" is it??

Don't even know if I'd be able to get to the Metlife, perform whatever transaction would be necessary and then get back across to JFK in time to check-in for my flight!?

And it's doubly gutting that of the 2 shows they move the one that I had the better placed ticket for!

also it looks like they will change the venue for berlin show too. the tickets are not available and that's not because they're sold out.

If they mess around any more dates for the leg then I'm going to be so out of pocket! Train tickets, hotels, concert tickets/packages all planned and paid for and none with the flexibility for moving or refunds!

I guess Hyde Park at least is locked in!

I had heard (and don't know how reliable this is) that they were supposed to announce a 3rd date for July sometime in April but maybe due to the Richie mess or lack of tickets selling, decided not to. Again, don't know how reliable the person is that told me that but he seemed very sure about it.

Could easily move to Sunday 7th..... Not sure what sales are like so far, but its a Friday which may put people off.

It depends on the price range. Usually if you buy a plane ticket you can add an "insurance" for a certain amount of money that lets you reschedule the flight for free. They advertise with their lowest prices, but have all sorts of packages not many people are aware off.

They switched the date. Oh well. It happens all of the time, and it's three months notice.

Not to pat myself on the shoulder, but I called this when the dates were first announced. People come from all over the country (and world) to see the band in Jersey. Having the shows in the middle of the week is a boneheaded idea.

For regular shows, sure. But they know damn well people make travel plans to come to the Jersey shows.
