July 24th, 2013 East Rutherford, NJ Concert Rescheduled

I've had a reply from Sparkart now saying that my order ref has been added to their list of those to be refunded. I'm pleased to be getting the money back, but still pretty unimpressed that I was the one who had to take the issue up with them instead of them realising and coming to me with the offer of a refund.

Well that sucks... I booked the 25th of July to purposely attend the second of the two shows.

I guess it could be worse - they could have rescheduled the 25th. I wouldnt be able to make it if they did that as I fly home to Australian on the 26th!

I was just issued a refund for this show through Ticketmaster. One phone call took care of it. If it turns out the whole band has their act together by the time July 27th rolls around I'll get some cheap seats.

Got a big advertisement for Metlife telling the two dates so hopefully the 25th will be set!!

Anyone going to this show? Im debating flying out there myself, but have never been to the east coast or the general area. Which airport is the easiest / cheapest to fly into?

Easiest for this gig would be Newark. Price-wise I'm not sure though, depends where you're coming from.

If you aren't renting a car, then Newark would be your best bet since you can pick up the NJ Transit train or bus there. If you are renting a car, Philadelphia is always an option - and is under 2 hours away from the stadium. I don't know if Frontier Airlines flies into Phoenix, but if they do look at their flight schedule. They just started offering service to Trenton, NJ and the flights are cheap and Trenton is a breeze to get in and out of.
