Jon seem to be getting more and more acquainted to These Days (wich is great), maybe you'll get it as a regular on the US Tour.

Since its the US, I'd assume we get more Lost Highway which means WLOL almost every night, and probably What's Left of Me since that seems to fit into Jon's vibe in the US being about the "hopeless, desperate working man"

My expectations for Chicago are so ridiculously low, with Sambora out and the J. f'n Geils Band opening for them.

With that in mind, I hope they bust out with some rarities, especially being the first show on a new leg of the tour.

Maybe they will bust out with a cool cover version like they have in previous shows (i.e., 634-5789).

I am really not feeling this show, but am going primarily for a night out with the wife at this point.

In 2010, the band came back from the run at the O2 in London where they'd done quite a few rarities, and at the first show back in the U.S., they delivered this setlist for the 4th show of the summer at the New Meadowlands Stadium (now Metlife):

1. Raise Your Hands
2. We Weren't Born To Follow
3. You Give Love A Bad Name
4. Born To Be My Baby
5. Superman Tonight
6. In These Arms
7. When We Were Beautiful
8. Captain Crash & The Beauty Queen From Mars
9. I'll Sleep When I'm Dead
10. We Got It Going On
11. Bad Medicine
~ Old Time Rock and Roll (with Kid Rock)
12. Loves the Only Rule
13. Lay Your Hands On Me (Richie Sambora on lead vocals)
14. Open All Night
15. I'll Be There For You
16. Squeezebox (acoustic)
17. Someday I'll Be Saturday Night (acoustic)
18. Have A Nice Day
19. Work For The Working Man
20. It's My Life
21. Who Says You Can't Go Home
22. Keep The Faith

Encore
23. Wanted Dead or Alive
24. I Love This Town
25. Glad All Over
26. Livin' On A Prayer

Maybe they'll prove me wrong (and I'd be happy for my friends that are going if they do), but I wouldn't expect to hear many (if any) of the goodies that Europe got at the shows here.

Yep. The setlist doesn't begin to tell the story of that show. And neither does the fact that Jon got hurt during it either. It had gone down the tubes LONG before that.

No these days songs for you.

US don't like the record. Right Jon?

He's pretty damn sure of that. In 44 shows in North America, I've heard 4 songs off These Days. In 7 shows in Europe, I heard 6 songs in full (some of them more than once) and part of Lie To Me. If it weren't my favorite album, it wouldn't matter so much. *sigh*

I have a sneaking suspicion that This Ain't a Love Song just might come back here. The way they have played it, it appears pretty easy for Jon to sing and that is my main reason why we MIGHT hear it.

I hope it does. I have so many friends desperately hoping to hear that one.
