lol going with the love for LH and WLOL I feel the need to post my views. I really like WLOL, and I like LH just fine, it's both of them back to back and played so often that just seems overkill and a real lull in the show....

I was walking through Berlin yesterday and literally ran into them in front of their hotel, I had a brief chat with Phil and took a photo of us together. David was really moody and ran straight into the car. Jon and Bobby took the backexit of the hotel so all the 30+ fans missed out on him. Some of them where waiting since 10 o'clock in the morning.

The show yesterday was ok I guess. I was really bored with the main set, so effortless and predictable. The new songs don't work at all in a live setting. Especially Amen fell flat over the whole audience. I saw people going to the toilet and getting beers and well just talking during that song.

The performance of Bed Of Roses was lacklustre, Jon introduced it with something like, this is a song that you are familiar with right after Amen. Phil messed up a few licks (he rocked otherwise)

Before they started Because we Can, Jon was really angry and kicked a smoke machine off the table and telling that he'll fire the guy who ran it.

Never Say Goodbye was just a snippet, nothing special I think.

Jon blew his voice during Always, which was a pretty decent performance. The show in Gdansk tonight will be a short one.

Jon is full of it. He sure remembers that one and doing such a little snippet instead of the whole thing? Gimme a break.

"haven't done that one in a long time"

one show ago.

WLOL and LH are both equally horrible songs. If they never played them again, ever, I'd be more than happy.

Sounds like you had the time of your life.

OMG... what an article! lol

Quote:

Are you with me, Berlin?“.

Raise Your Hands, It’s My Life, Keep The Faith, Bed Of Roses und eine knappe handvoll Songs vom aktuellen Album Because We Can:

Nicht umsonst heißt das neue Album Because We Can. Man(n) (Jon Bon Jovi) tut halt, was Man(n) kann.

Setliste Bon Jovi, Waldbühne Berlin, 16.8.2013

That's What the Water Made Me | You Give Love a Bad Name | Raise Your Hands | Born to Be My Baby | Lost Highway | Whole Lot of Leavin' | It's My Life | Because We Can | What About Now | Runaway | We Got It Goin' On | Keep the Faith | Amen | Bed of Roses | Captain Crash & the Beauty Queen From Mars | We Weren't Born to Follow | Who Says You Can't Go Home | I'll Sleep When I'm Dead | Bad Medicine

In These Arms | Wanted Dead or Alive | Someday I'll Be Saturday Night | Have a Nice Day | Livin' on a Prayer

I'm With You | Never Say Goodbye | Always
