i'd imagine the best bet to make this work is have everyone meet in kings park train station after the gig so we can train it into central instead of everyone turning up to the cathouse in dribs and drabs.

Good idea. Only problem I can see is like last time the queues for the train went miles back. We actually ended up getting a taxi, but we were more in a hurry then.

true i suppose when i gig at hampden i'm either walking home or getting the train in the opposite direction but we'll manage.

better to get on at kings park than mount florida when the train will already be mobbed and getting a bus or taxi isn't the most efficient or quickest way to get into town after gigs at hampden.

I'll rely on your superior local knowledge, my friend. You must learn a lot in your secret bunker!

Hells yeah, am I up for this! Finding the train station after the gig is simple - just look for the massive queue of people standing about with grins on their faces.

Also, anyone up for a quick pint before the gig? Not much, just a quick snifter to get the energy going to last the day.

I reckon you could be as quick walking back to the city centre from Hampden. When I go to Scotland games the train cues at MF and KP can be anything up to an hour long and thats with 50000 people in the stadium. At Bon Jovi theres gonna be 60000+
So if you know the way and have a spring in your step I reckon you could walk back to the city centre in bout 40mins.

Just a suggestion lol

Never thought of that, actually. Could save a bit of money as well. Plus you'd get to wake loads of people up by singing really loudly

Lol would be funny. The only thing is Kings Parks a bit of a rough area late on a Saturday night and there may be some people not taking kindly to a few rounds of Il Be There For You. In saying that there will be quite a few people making the walk back and there will be a sizeable police prescence.
