Just back from Toronto
I really don't need to fill you guys in on any specifics because krb & captaincrash have done such a great job of that.
I just thought I'd share my experience with you.
I started off the night with a 9th row ticket on Hugh's side--but decided that it was not good enough. It took a little scrounging an little cash...but I ended up in the FIRST ROW on Richies side. It was absolutely amazing. (and don't worry everybody, I have the photos to prove it--4 1/2 rolls as a matter of fact...I'll be getting them developed tomorrow, I hope they come out good)
This was the my first time in the fron row at a jovi concert; my previous best was 6th row (not bad, but still no comparison)
Jon came right in front of me and looked right at me, so I gave him a brotherly gesture and tapped my chest and pointed at him only to be greeted with the gesture right back at me. I was enthused and this was only the third song so far.
Damned came on---and the shock took a couple of seconds to wear off--but I lost my mind completely. The same can be said for when KTF made its appearance in the encore.
All in all this was definitely the best concert experience that I have had in my short life---the guys will be hard pressed to top this on their next tour.
If anyone has audio or video of the show...please share it, or sell it to me (I don't care, I just want it--especially the video).
I desperately want to go to Giants, but now that I have had front row...I don't think that I can accept anything else. There isn't an extra front row seat floating around is there. (wishful thinking I know--but no harm in asking)
I'll get some rest now, and hopefully the photos come out and I'll be sharing them with you all in the near future.
Mikey D
