I don't get why people continually complain about the prices. I'd like to drive a BMW X6, but I can't justify spending the money on it, so I don't. I don't moan about BMW and say they should charge a lot less for it because I've driven a BMW for 15 years and been a loyal customer.
Either pay the money and go, or don't.

I won't be going in future, as I said.
As has been pointed out, there are other bands that can appreciate how loyal a fanbase they have and can still resist screwing every last penny out of them.
If Jovi decide that they won't follow the shining example set by Bruce and other more considerate artists, at least spare us the insult of lies and bs as they try to somehow justify their extortionate pricing.
If they're resorting to fabricating some sort of pathetic cover story to counter the criticism levelled at them, it only proves that they don't feel entirely comfortable with the high prices themselves otherwise they'd just turn around and say we charge this much because we're worth it. Instead we get this lame excuse about scalpers in a ridiculous effort to somehow paint themselves in a positive light.
