Just got back from Coventry. . .

short and sweet as expected but still plenty of effort during the songs that were played.

a big difference from manchester though. Quality to hear These Days, Just Older and Make a memory as a change from sunday. This time, Always and Prayer were done justice by there set position. Prayer as the last song before the encore when the crowd were more willing to join in and always as the encore opener was superb especially as it started to rain lightly as the dusk moved in on the ricoh.

It still remains a mystery as im sure it does to most why songs from These Days have been disregarded ever since the tour 12 years ago. Hey God, this aint a love song, something to believe in etc are all HUGE favourites among the fans and i'm sure the majority would swap such certainties as richie's i'll be there for you (even though its good) it appears time and again along with born to be my baby and sleep when im dead which don't have the same impotece live anymore.
