Thank you. My initial plan was to arrange to meet somewhere near my friends house (which is where the evenings activities commenced), and then just walk straight past him on the way there, taking note of his clothes, appearance etc. so I could describe how much of a fool he looked later on in this forum. Unfortunately, he didn't reply to my first e-mail until quite late so there wasn't time for me to carry this out.
