Default Last Song

hey my "bon Jovi" friend !!
i think my topic "opener" was not to bad, so i decided to open a new one with "Last Song" of a show !!
What was your favorite "Last Song" since 93 ??
My personal favorite was "Twist & Shout". This one makes the crowd went wild for a last time. But a also think that "This Ain´t a lovesong" was a pretty romantic and very well played "Last Song" 95 !! I liked jon´s "wowww´ss" til he was off-stage.
so i´m interrestet in your favorite "last song" and also what should be the "new" "last song" 2003 ??
best wishes
WJM

Without a doubt I'd say LOAP. Last year at Milton Keynes - where it wasn't played for the whole show (they'd been going for about 2 3/4 hrs), & everyone was thinking they were gonna finish without playing it, suddenly Jon started singing it on his own - then the crowd took over. & then the whole banded played it from the start.

Amazing

Mike

To me it doesn't matter what they play as their last song. I'm not gonna like it anyway. Because after all it's the last song and that means the show is over.

There are several good endings. The one with "Twist & Shout" played on the last tour was great, and also the way they ended the show in Stockholm 2000, with Keep The Faith.
But still, the ultimate ending are with LOAP, that's just so cool! In close second I would have to say the ending with TAALS, because of the emotions..

But on the new tour? Can't say as maybe I would like a new song to finish the show, otherwise I think I would go for an ending with LOAP or a ballad like Never Say Goodbye, There For You or in the likes..

Call me a hopeless romantic, but I think Never Say Goodbye would be great...

"Never Say Goodbye" is a perfect last song. When Jon came out by himself and started that song in St. Louis, I thought I would die! LOL I couldn't believe I was actually witnessing a live version of that song!

I also think the "This Ain't a Love Song" ending was very cool.

Never say goodbye or I'll be there for you sure makes me cry!! I don't know why but muchen last year has special memories but the end was awful, me and my friends, tourmates and so on started all to cry cause we knew it was our last concert. My favourite would be LOAP and tiwst and shout, as long as it rocks!!!

For me personally I think Keep the Faith or
LOAP would be great last songs.
