I rang TB but they were too busy to take my call.
Was told by the robot that my tickets had been received from the promoter and were in the process of being dispatched....

I think I might try ring TB in Ireland just to see if they can help in anyway at all.
Technically tomorrow would be a week before the show for me...we have a bank holiday on Monday and I am leaving on Friday morning

Just had a phonecall for ticketmaster, who have said that my Manchester ticket will not be sent out special delivery. I will have to pick them on the day at the box office... whoopee!

Not only do i now have the inconvenience of queuing in a separate queue for something that should be sent to my front door, nooo... they're gonna charge me for the priveligde!
City of manchester stadium will be charge a "collection fee" of £2.75 per person. Which means i get a £2 refund from my special delivery fee... for having to go and get the ****ing things myself!!

For all those who want to ring and find out their own fate... i asked them for a 'human' contact number... i got given this - 08701535353- dont know if it works

Tried that number you listed but still a load of bullshit.. all their agents are busy, most probably sitting on their arses. It puts you through to the automated line where you can check on the progress of your tickets but all it says is tickets have been recieved and are in the process of delivery. Then It says press 1 to speak to one of agents, so I press 1, agents are busy and I get disconnected and the merry go round of fun spins again.. what a bunch of ****ing arsebandits.. I'd wager I will have to pick them up from the stadium so when I'm there I'll be sure to tell them that ticketmaster = shite. I think I will try and lodge an official complaint at them aswell. I'm sure I've seen them appear on 'watchdog' in the UK before - don't know if any of the UK members here have seen that before but if you have then you'll know they investigate dodgey traders.

Are you still living in Spain, is that why you have to pick the tickets up or are you in the UK and they're ripping you off?
