Bad luck Paul. I think the same is gonna happen to us... have they phoned you or did you somehow get through to them?

We're going to write a long letter after the tour is over, so I'll be back on JT quite a bit after that I think trying to arrange a huge complaint en masse.

We have 1 manchester and milton keynes, but none of the others yet. We had the Dublin ones about 4 months in advance!

Tom

No, they called me... which, as much as i'm slagging them off, i did appreciate.

Letters won't do a thing unless there's a huge amount of letters that they can't ignore. Best not to write a long letter either beacue the people in complaints departments only ever read the 1st and last paragraphs... t it's too long they'll just ignore it. A good complaints letter need to be around 3 paragraphs long, and very to the point.

But unless hundreds of us do it, its a pretty pointless exercise.

i guess they will state that if you got your tickets in the post before the concert then you have no means to complain

complaining as you have to pick them up from the venue may stand up but i doubt it

The best way to show your dissapointment is not to use them again which i guess lots on this board will do!

It's impossible not to because they are the only ones selling GC tickets for most of the shows if I'm not totally wrong.

Anyone heard anything of Southampton tickets?

Not always possible as the 'gold' presale that came with the album was exclusively ticketmaster.

Just had a phonecall for ticketmaster, who have said that my Manchester ticket will not be sent out special delivery. I will have to pick them on the day at the box office... whoopee!

Not only do i now have the inconvenience of queuing in a separate queue for something that should be sent to my front door, nooo... they're gonna charge me for the priveligde!
City of manchester stadium will be charge a "collection fee" of £2.75 per person. Which means i get a £2 refund from my special delivery fee... for having to go and get the ****ing things myself!!

Unreal! This is my last BJ show... Ever, i've been ****ed around just one time too many over this tour.

How can a ticket ordered NINE ****ING MONTHS AGO still not be printed... i'll print the bloody thing on my computer in 5 seconds!

Thanks AEG, thanks ticketmaster, thanks city of Manchester Stadium, thanks Bon Jovi for ripping me off just one last time!

For all those who want to ring and find out their own fate... i asked them for a 'human' contact number... i got given this - 08701535353- dont know if it works
paul did ticketbastard say why they hadnt sent them to you? did they blame the promoter ?
