Latest dispatch info from Ticketmaster

Its a total shambles.

What about travel, hotel money etc (Im thinking worse case scenario here, ie, no ticket come gig day, which I hope is very unlikely) The only way that anyone would cough up is if we reported whoever is responsible to Watchdog - en mass. If enough stink was kicked up, they'd have to reimburse a hell of a lot of money!

They said there were 'problems' during printing which meant they couldn't get the sent out in time. Basically i believe its the promoters fault. But ticketmaster are at their inept best when it comes to leaving this information til the very last second whilst ripping you of and ruining your plans all at the same time. Quite an achivement really.

Surely everyone involved must have known at least a month ago that there would be problems when distributing tickets. The promoters could have avoided all of this. If they wanted to clamp down on touts etc then why not have all the tickets PRINTED a two or three months ago THEN send them special delivery a few weeks before the show. Poor organisation to send them to the bloody printers the week before!

yeh you are right paul the bottom line is most of us (GC) booked 9 months ago whether its the promoters fault or ticketbastard i dont care. however i got my mk gc off see tickets end of last week and ticketbastard aint sent my sunday night ticket so it looks like they are behind as usual. either way if they tell me ive gotta queue at manc im asking for a refund probably wont get it but i just cant be ****ed. i cancelled my hotel to sleep outside the stadium not much point if i dont have a ticket. 9 months a woman can be impregnated and give birth but you cant get a ticket for a ****ing gig.

This is a crazy situation to say the least. I'm waiting for MK Sat GA tickets. I'm in Ireland and as someone mentioned already its a bank holiday here on Monday, so that will probably delay things more. I'm leaving Thursday morning for London. I'll be really worried if i need to pick them up on the day at the box office cos I used a friends credit card to pay for them. How do I get my tickets then? What a joke.

Doesnt really help when my mate up the road has got his tickets already ffs. Where the hell are mine :@

im calling bullshit on the whole blaming aeg thing.

if there was a problem printing then there wouldnt be sporadic cases of people having tickets for certain shows and certain sections. there would be full sections of shows without the tickets....

my biggest gripe providing that i do get my tickets tomorrow is that the exact same shambles is going to happen next month for me getting my t in the park tickets.

Just spoke to Secure Mail services and they say that they havent even received my Milton Keynes Sunday GC tickets from ticketmaster yet!!

Why doesnt that suprise me!!

I cant see it being a promoter problem...if seetickets have their tickets already sent out why cant ticketbastard do the same thing.

Am really worried bout them. If you guys in the UK dont have them already....
Esp with the Bank Holiday. I rang Ticketbastard yesterday...the automated line and was told the tickets were in the process of being dispatched so obviuosly the info on their site is wrong and the info they sent me in an email is wrong.

Am gonna try ticketbastard Ireland today and see if they can help. Tis a long shot though.

We got our Coventry tickets from Ticketmaster this morning.

Still I haven't heard anyone say that they have their Southampton tickets, or is anyone even going there? We're also still waiting for MK 2nd night from Secure Mail Services.

apparently bought off seetickets originally and has not yet been recieved by the ebay seller
