Latest dispatch info from Ticketmaster

manchester gc from ticketmaster. i chased them up yesterday and they seem to have been sent out almost straight away.

We get this everytime Ticketmaster are involved. Still waiting on Hull GC tickets but I'm not panicking, yet.

I somehow just managed to SPEAK TO SOMEONE AT TICKETMASTER!!!! And this is what i was told:

My GC tickets for MK sunday are being sent today and will be delivered by ROYAL MAIL SPECIAL DELIVERY tomorrow (not secure mail services!)

My GA tickets for MK saturday are being PRINTED today and i will either recieve them Saturday or Monday.

Its all fun and game with Ticketmaster!!!!

Tickets for Hampden Park have now been despatched. The tickets are now in the posession of Royal Mail. Standing tickets were despatched by Royal Mail Special Delivery, requiring a signature upon receipt. If you have not yet received your standing tickets, you should check with your local Royal Mail Sorting Office as they will be retained there for 21 days.

All seated tickets have been despatched by standard post and will be posted via Royal Mail.

If you are contacting us as your tickets have not yet arrived and were dispatched via standard post we have introduced a new method of contact to try and speed up our response times. Tickets for the National Bowl, Milton Keynes have now been despatched.

Tickets purchased originally as seated tickets at Wembley Stadium have been despatched by Royal Mail regular post.

Tickets purchased originally as standing for Wembley Stadium or The National Bowl are now in the posession of our Delivery Partner, Secure Mail Services, and are in the process of being delivered (signature required upon receipt).

If you have not yet received tickets originally bought as seated at Wembley Stadium, you should contact Ticketmaster on 0870 1535353, all other non-receipt of tickets enquiries regarding standing tickets originally bought for Wembley Stadium and all bookings made for The National Bowl should be referred to Secure Mail Services on 0870 9501000.

That duplicate thing sounds a bit strange, how can they know then that the same ticket is not used twice? And are they admitting here that some of the tickets have been lost in the post?
