Just spoke to TM. They said they haven't sent my ticket yet !!! I tryed to say that, living in Italy, there's no chance it will arrive on time even if they send it tomorrow. Then the TM agent said: "Oh, don't worry, they usually arrive on time". Then I asked what if they don't. And he said: "Oh, in that case, we'll let you pick the ticket at the box office. Just call us again". **** off. Don't you know how much I pay a 20 minutes call to England ? These ****in' bastards...
