i thought that it got some of its power back during the OWN tour......but Crush was just dreadful

You should be going mate. Did you ever get tickets for any of the shows? Which ones are you going to?

I feel a bit sorry about it not being played, but on the other hand, we've got the original Runaway this time!

deffinatley... I'd prefere Runaway to LYHOM (although if it was 80's version of hands it could be different).

The thing is, Runaway is one of maybe 10 songs I'd say should be in the set ahead of Lay your Hands.

Runaway 2000 (what I call it) is much better than the origional IMO.
The way jon sings it is fab and cant get enough of the song. Its fixed permanently in my winamp playlist.

Your opinion. I think the slow version destroys the song. Runaway looses evrything that was special about it. ANd the lyrics just don't fit for a slow song:
"Daddys girl learns fast, all those things he couldn't say?" Sick

Aloha !

During the OWN tour people were complaining about LYHOM being played too much. Now they dropped it people start complaining about it being dropped.

Salaam Aleikum,
Sebastiaan

I really want them to play Lay your hands on me. I used to hate it so much until I heard it in Dublin on the OWN tour.

I dont like runaway all that much so I would much prefer if Lay your hands was played instead of it.

It's one of the few songs I do actually miss hearing live. I've been listening to all these bootlegs I've been getting lately and realized how much I do miss hearing it live.
