MOST? I suggest you do some math. Those who go to multiple shows are in the minority and those are the people most vocal about being disappointed with the set lists. Say 2,000,000 people bought Bounce. Less than 2,000 are registered here. Less than 200 are vehemently vocal about disappointing setlists. Are there even 20 people who constantly bitch about the set lists? Being loud doesn't make you count more. The MAJORITY of fans will go to one show, IF that. The MAJORITY of fans don't pay attention to what's being played elsewhere. The MAJORITY of fans don't collect bootlegs. The MAJORITY of fans walk out of a Bon Jovi concert with a smile on their face.

Thank you, I love you too. But we've bought tickets for so many shows since they had the reputation of changing their setlists every night. They don't do that so much, so is it weird to get "a little pissed off" by seeing the same boring setlist every time again ?

Well said!

They've spent a lot of money and on every interview and documentary you can watch Jon and the band always talk about how the band changes sets last minute and never do anything twice to keep things exciting etc....

we all know that is not true

if i'd spent up to £1000 on concert tickets and travel etc 'd be just as annoyed

hell i'm annoyed with only spending about £150 +

I've done enough math. I know I'm in the minority but when you check the discussions on this forum about the setlist you can see almost anyone complaining about the setlist. And not everyone on this forum is a collector or something. The only thing the visitors of this forum have in common is that they are fans of Bon Jovi.

Those people aren't fans. Those people are just people who like the music so much that they've decided to go and see the show. I'm not saying you're no fan when you don't collect bootlegs or something. But a fan is someone who visits Bon Jovi every time again and again. So a fan has the right to complain about their setlists.

And people who don't see Bon Jovi everytime again won't miss Sleep or Shout, since they do not know they are played almost every time. When the show has ended they'll leave the gig with a smile on their face for sure. Just like me, but with a little disappointment in the back of my mind.

When Jon reads this he'll absolutely thinks about calling his lawyer for this. When this comes to court Thierry will absolutely go to jail for doing something stupid like this.
