Regardless of the quality of the show, it was a brilliant way to spend my morning at work!

Phil did a great job on the tour. I stand by my original comments about the tone of his guitar playing not being quite right for the Bon Jovi sound but I think it got better as the tour rolled on. He adds a great rock voice and rock style that could actually contribute to a fresh approach to an album (not that i'm pushing for him to become a member over Sambo).

Jon's voice is shot which is a shame but he does give it a good go at times, he's just not got the pipes anymore. I think its a fact we're all going to have to come to terms with. Theres no going back from where he is.

To close - take a 3 year break. Write a more cohesive band album that focuses on a truer rock sound not mediocre pop rock. Come back in 4 years for another world tour, fewer dates to keep Jon and the band fresh next time round. Quality over quantity is needed as the band approach their final lap.

What was said in the speech?

I want them to stop worrying about being and writing relevent songs and start writing classic anthems again.

He said the usual "thank you for your support over the last 30 years.. for your patience, friendship, etc." and also "this is the last show for a long time".

Nothing earth shattering but I guess the crazy fans on twitter are already over-analyzing it.

Usually I feel a little sad at the end of a tour. The magical feel of being a little excited for the night's PBP, watching some great performance's on youtube. But right now I'm only relived. There have been absolultely no magic about this tour. Yeah, I enjoyed my shows, but that's not because the band was fantastic, it was just a part of being in great company, drinking some beers and just enjoying it for what it is. Both in 2008, 2010 and 2011 I've been complettely floored by the shows.

They need to take a break desperately. Can't see anyone in the band that actually wants to do it. Can't either see Jon caring enough to improve his vocal skills, I think this is the new standard. Maybe he can reach the vocals he had during the beggining of the tour.

For me, Richie's absence have not been this tours biggest turd. For me it is Jon's vocals all the way. I can't see the show being any better with Richie there. Of course I enjoy his guitar playing and vocals to Phil X, but the band would sound just as bad no matter if Richie a la '95 was on stage. Bon Jovi is a vocal band and with the vocal's in the current condition it's just a shame for Bon Jovi's name.

It's funny coz it's true Some nutcases out there.

The twitter feed under the live stream, when Bad Name came on and Jon started croaking out his best dying cat impression, someone actually tweeted ''OMG Dis is my fav song, im dying, actually crying right now!!1'' or something to that effect.

JBJ - I believe

"Sambora's face is a mask of joyous disbelief, as if previously unaware of his ability to play the instrument at all. Reaching the last fistful of notes, he does a fair impression of a man who is actually ejaculating into his jet black flares."

The twitter feed was unreal. I swear I saw pics of people throwing confetti in their bedroom during Capt. Crash
