Default London hostels

Hey all,

Me and my friend Ellen are arriving in London Fridaynight 27th of June. We're staying till Monday probably.
We want to book a hostel as its cheap but would like to share the room with other BJ fans.
Anyone else already in a hostel or wanting to book one, and have the same idea??

Greetz,
Vallie

Well, I actually live in London, but if you don't find anyone closer to date, I wouldn't mind sharing a couple of nights (Great excuse to meet some fans ).

You can add me on MSN if you wish (email in profile)

Hi Vallie,

One of the times I was in London, my friend and me stayed in the 'Astor Museum Hostel'. It was fine and very cheap. Astor is some kind of chain, there are also other ones in London; the cool thing is that they're in central London. Check out www.astorhostels.com.

And yeah, that time in 2000, we were there also on a BJ mission; haha. The last show at the old Wembley stadium before it was gonna be knocked down!

Good luck!

me and the girlfriend will definately be hostelling it again in London this tour, have done the last 3 tours!

I say party at Mo's place!

Hey Mo, did you happen to get that random chaps mobile who we met outside the O2 at that bar? we should drop him a line.

Anyway, regards the hostel yeah I'll be up for whatever. Central london probably makes it easier, as I'm sure there will be buses back in after the show.

Does Mo really want to throw a party for a bunch of nutters?

If so, I'll come, me and the wife need somewhere to go...lol.

Actually had a look and everything near twicks was sold out. Not quite sure what else to do, I'm not a hostel person.

Although the idea is kinda tempting (esp. in a 6-bedroom house) I doubt I'll be able to pull it off

Someone gimme a Fan Club Ticket and I'll think about it

I guess it would be a good idea to get somewhere to stay
Hopefully there will be buses / trains or a tube (?) back into the center

Am not really a hostel person either so hotel or B&B.

After Hyde Park we'd forgotten to get somewhere to stay - and then I lost my wallet so had no way to get anything - nightmare!

Fortunately, a friend let us use his hotel room while he used his g/f's, but I don't want that happening again.

What is it with you non-hostel people? Do yous want to stay at the Ritz or something?! All I need is a bed. Most hostels have private double or twin rooms anyway, still for a fraction of the price of a hotel room!

Im assuming theres transport from Twickers back into central london, there always is after show like this. I'll probably book mine closer to the time as I don't know how long I will be in london for.
