I know,but it is so hard. feels like we've been waiting forever (LOL). Just want GC tickets to one show. It's a long way to travel for GA tickets.

I understand that, but sending your money to someone you don't know over the internet isn't exactly the best way to secure tickets

There's more pre-sales to come, and then the general onsale. I'd trust them more than random message board posters if I were you

yeah, I know your right, but it's kinda depressing checking the message boards, here and at backstage and bon jovi.com and hearing about all these people getting their tickets. makes you feel a bit desperate.

But you're right, and I will wait, thank you very much.

Hope to see you there.

Has anyone been able to view their Order History on the TM website? I keep trying to click the view status button on my order for the 2 Wembley tickets and the message keeps coming up as;

There was a problem processing your request.
We apologise for any inconvenience.

I just checked my order status for my london ticket.. it said something like "your tickets have been purchased and are in the process of being printed, if you do not recieve your tickets within 2 business days of the event please contact customer service"

If I dont recieve them within 2 days of the event - I'll be doing more than ringing customer service!! lol

My tickets for Wolverhampton on the Bounce tour came 2 days before the gig. I wasn't very impressed. I wasted so much time and money on the phone to these people. They pissed me around for my Fleetwood Mac tickets last year too.

I won my tickets off leicester sound for that gig so I had to pick them up at the stadium. I was on stage near Hugh and Dave for Its My Life and The Distance . I've never used ticketmaster before but I hope they dont come that late otherwise it will be a load of un needed hassle trying to sort things out. If they didnt come and they offered me a refund I'd be incredibly peeved =/
