Default Manchester and Sunderland Concerts!

Well i have to say its been an amazing week. 2 great concerts!

I was a bit nervous before Manchester with all the negativity on here regarding Jon's voice etc, but i have to say that i thought he sounded superb in both the concerts i seen. Yes im sure if you trawl the you tube video's someone will pick faults here and there but when your actually there none of this matters!

Of course i missed Richie, who wouldn't? the guy co wrote so many of the songs that i love, and yes we dont know the real reason yet to his absence BUT i have to say that Phil did an AMAZING job. This guy seems to get a lot of stick also on here but i really cant see why. He came in and helped the band out and i think people are taking to him more and more and why shouldn't they? Yes i'd love to see Richie again but its not a deal breaker now i have seen Phil play, and to top it all off you can tell he just loves being there.

Sadly last night was my final concert of this tour, id love love love to go to hyde park but i just cant manage it. If this is to be the last tour then i can be happy with the fact i got to see 2 great gigs, and both times i was sent home happy.

Me too, I did exactly the same as you (Manchester & Sunderland) thoroughly enjoyed them both, I thought the Sunderland Crowd were more vocal. Yes we got more songs at Manchester but Jon seemed to have more fun at Sunderland.

Still got four or five videos from Sunderland to Upload to Youtube but here are my videos from Manchester.

I'll have Absolute Radio on Sunday night for the Isle of Wight gig. I warmed a lot to Phil X and sort of feel sorry for the guy, he is always going to get stick because of who he is following.

A Great time was had!
