Same here.
I rang TM up Wednesday, told them how I hadn't got them yet, and they told me that there was a block on my credit card!!! The thing is TM hadn't told me about this block, and I hadn't got a clue why it was there, but it was!! So instead of ringing me up/e-mailing me, what ever, they've just sat there and ignored it. So I asked them to take this block off, and they told me that they will be dispached ASAP.
Woke up this morning, and no tickets in the post. I got on the phone again, and the b@stard was as helpfull as ****, he just told me that they hadn't been posted yet. I was by this time extremely pi$$ed off, seen as he couldn't give me any sort of decent information to why I still hadn't got the tickets. I asked when I would get them, he told me that he didn't know, but I would still get them in time!
