Default Melbourne - are we getting a full concert?!

I had the fantastic experience of seeing Bon Jovi here for Rumba but i swear that 50 minutes just wasn't enough!! I hadn't seen them perform before an i was sooooo excited to go but if Jon and the boys dont' come back for a full tour i think i'll die!! Does anyone know of their plans? Will they be back in Melbourne or only do Sydney this time??! Any info anyone has would be appreciated!! Meanwhile i'll keep my fingers crossed that tour dates are announced soon......

If they come to Australia, they'll come to Melbourne, it's that simple. I've seen Jon on TV say that they will be back this year, but as far as any official word goes, there are more dates being released this month, so keep checking this board or bonjovi.com for any news. Cheers.

I will never say never, but after chatting with BJ and their crew after the last Rumba gig they said honestly they currently have no plans to return to oz for a full tour of Bounce - I would have to say Rumba was it for us for a long time.

There were vague promises by Jon in the press that they will be back but after hearing it from the horses mouth my hopes have been dashed that we will get the whole Bounce Tour...

In saying that Austereo were very happy to sponsor an upcoming tour and hopefully universal downunder will pressure them to come back later in the year

Hey,
BJ did in fact promise that they would come back to Aus after Rumba......B/C when BJ left the stage after 50 mins, the crowd were chanting "We want more, We want more", and later that night Jon called Rumba a circus and promised a full concert!!!

I personally don't care where it is....I'm going...however if it was in Melbourne I would save some money (from travel, and accomodation etc)

Besides even if they decide that they aren't playing in Aus, we will get Warnie and Bevo, to go and get them and drag them accross to Australia! (Remembering that the Aussie Cricket team was at the Universal Appeal concert, hence they must like BJ!!)

Yea i heard somewhere vague promises of a return to tour - i guess we can always try to pressure them into it somehow - BJ say they'll go wherever the fan will have them!!!
We were left short at Rumba with no encore despite "WE WANT MORE" being chanted over and over!! Ahh well - keep preying i guess!
