From Vienna:

'U guys sometimes wonder what we talk about onstage, like I think aboout what they r talking about at a football game during those scrummages....
well let me tell you. Richie just told me that this jacket he bought me looks really good! & I was telling hugh about this really pretty girl over there, & he punched me in the arm. But what Hugh doesn't realise, is that I have the Mic & can stand here telling jokes about him for the next hour "

Something to that effect!!

Ok...that was great to read.

Jon did really introduce the band as never before.

Imola:"And on the drums, the kning of the universe(and some more,i don't remember)....Hector,Juan(the crowd went wild screaming Tico ,Tico,Tico while Jon was stil saying Tico's names."Such an awesome moment.

Then when he introduced Richie he said something like:"On the guitar, the only man that drinks more than I do,Mr. Richard Steven SAMBORA"

I must say the crowd went crazy again but the reaction was better while introducing Tico.

And just after Keep On Rockin' In The Free WOrld,he said something like
"Man,it's f*ckin' hot out here!"

Jon was overwhelmed at Manchester with the crowd. Near the end of the encore he said:

"You guys know that we're playing in Hyde Park two days from now? I tell you what, they are gonna have a hard time being half as good as you. You more than enough to make a guys dreams come true."

Something like that. It was good to hear, but I thought maybe he says that at every concert, although I'm not sure as that's the only one I've been too. Great show though and the atmosphere was better than that of any football match.

"Justin Timberlake - eat your mother****in' heart out. You ain't got NOTHING on me" - heard that once or twice in the US Northeast..

"OK, girls... back to the convent" (didn't hear it in person but apparently was what he said to Ava, Stefanie and Gabrielle when they were onstage in London for IGTG.)

And I really like that line that someone posted from Munich - about Keith Richards nor Little Steven selling out the Olympic Stadium before introducing Richie. Hadn't heard that before... The Beckham line is really funny. And I still like the "weasel" speech from the Hammstein intro to "Misunderstood" but that's not a technical tourdate right?

It's as though I sat through the Wolves concert with my fingers in my ears, I miss all of the 'quotes'. Even miss Jon introducing David
What's this business with Tico, and shock and awe, I seem to remember something about that. Wasn't it when he was introduced?
